Avengers 4: Endgame: Only one Avenger knew about Captain America s decision
In the DVD commentary on "Avengers 4: Endgame," the film's directors and authors revealed that Steve Rogers, before his trip, dedicates a fellow campaigner to his plan to stay in the past.
At the end of "Avengers: Endgame", Steve Rogers aka Captain America (Chris Evans) takes on the task of bringing the Infinity Stones and Thor's stolen Hammer back to their original timelines.
